Abingdon & District Musical Society presents a concert of delightful orchestral and choral music with something to suit every taste. The programme consists of: Vaughan Williams' 'Serenade to Music', Ravel's 'Mother Goose Suite', Copland's 'Appalachian Spring', Reinecke's 'Flute Concerto' with Claire Edmiston as soloist and Lambert's 'Rio Grande'. The concert is conducted by ADMS Musical Director, Alexander Walker and the orchestra leader is Kate Bailey.
