The Edison Herbert Trio is a collective of Jazz musicians from London who bring excitement, verve and vitality to everything they play. They were brought together by virtuoso guitarist Edison Herbert to perform at a series of concerts in London, but the musical chemistry they emitted led to the development and creation of his new, 'My Favourite Tunes' project. Featuring on Drums, Winston Clifford, on Double Bass Neville Malcolm and led by guitarist Edison Herbert this album was recorded in London and was released 2014.

Edison Herbert is a fine and expressive jazz guitarist. He has an accessible smooth style with flowing rhythm and melodic lines. Edison always gives a tight performance and is a joy to listen to.

Winston Clifford is arguably the greatest exponent of his instruments on the UK jazz scene. He plays with elegance, resourcefulness and refinement but can really fire up those drums whenever it's needed. His dynamics are fantastic, and he can truly make the skins sing. It's a real experience to watch and to hear him.

Neville Malcolm is one of the most in demand bass players in the country. 'Level-Neville' is an understated star on both acoustic and electric bass, combining an earthy and soulful feel with effortless technical ability.
