Description

The Oxfordshire County Music Service, in partnership with Christian Aid would like to invite parents to come to watch the rehearsals from the upstairs gallery at the Town Hall. Parents should remember that this is a rehearsal, not a performance, and should therefore moderate their expectations accordingly. If people need to come and go this will be possible, but parents will not be able to stay on site after the rehearsal.

Please enter the Town Hall from 2.15 or according to the schedule below. The rehearsal ends at 5.15pm and you will not be able to remain on site.

Planned rehearsal times - please be aware that these may fall behind:
2pm Rehearsal 1 schools arrive:
Longfields, William Fletcher, St Thomas More, Great Milton, Edward Feild, East Oxford

2.15pm Rehearsal 1 starts

2.45pm Rehearsal 2 schools begin to arrive:
Shellingford, Hagbourne, Watlington, Ladygrove Park

3.15pm - 4.10pm Massed Choir rehearsal for all school groups
v3 of O Come All Ye Faithful and v1 of Once in Royal David's City.

4.10pm-5.15pm Rehearsal 2 starts

There is a nominal charge of £2 pp (no concessions) which contributes to the charity being supported. No charge for children under 2 not occupying a seat.
