Description

The Oxfordshire County Music Service, in partnership with Christian Aid would like to invite parents to come to watch the rehearsals from the upstairs gallery at the Town Hall. Parents should remember that this is a rehearsal, not a performance, and should therefore moderate their expectations accordingly. If people need to come and go this will be possible, but parents will not be able to stay on site after the rehearsal.

Please enter the Town Hall from 2.15 or according to the schedule below. The rehearsal ends at 5.15pm and you will not be able to remain on site.

2pm Rehearsal 1 schools arrive.
West Oxford CP, Windmill Primary, St Andrews CE Headington, Sandhills, St Christopher's, Oxford

2.15pm Rehearsal 1 starts

2.45pm Rehearsal 2 schools arrive in time for massed choir rehearsal
Chalgrove CP, St Edmunds Catholic Primary, Kirtlington CE, Oxford and South Oxford Young Singers.

3.05pm - 3.55pm Massed Choir rehearsal for all school groups
2 massed songs, v3 of O Come All Ye Faithful and v1 of Once in Royal David's City.

3.55pm-5.15pm Rehearsal 2

There is a nominal charge of £2 per ticket (no concessions) which contributes to the charity being supported. Children under 2 not occupying a seat are free of charge.
