Dave Newton - established and recognised as one of the most gifted jazz pianists around is known for his affinity with The Great American Songbook. He has 15 albums to his name and collaborated with many world class vocalists / musicians on over 80 albums. Such is his reputation he has won the British Jazz Award [piano] thirteen times. Dave Green - one of the most recognisable bassists on the British jazz scene he has remained at the forefront of British jazz for nearly 6 decades: playing with Stan Tracey and backing American greats such as Sony Rollins, Coleman Hawkins and Ben Webster; 20 years with Humph; still a regular with the Charlie Watts Blues Band and Scott Hamilton's bass man in the UK for the past 15 years. Sebastiaan de Krom - much in demand and one of the most gifted and eclectic drummers on the jazz scene today has established himself in the UK since his move from Europe. Piers Clark - one of few remaining acoustic rhythm guitarists in British jazz today has played with the Smalls rhythm trio for the past ten years supporting headliners from across Europe and America.
