The purpose of the talks is to explore and raise awareness of mental health problems and to bring together people who have been affected by mental illness.

Ahead of the next talk, my good friend and fellow PT Matthew Douglas and me will be raising funds for the Inverness branch of The Samaritans.

To show how passionate we feel about assisting this great cause we have agreed to film our very own gym version of the famous music video 'I Want to Break Free' by Queen for everyone who is living with and striving to break free of mental illness.

However, there is a catch...we will only shoot the video if we reach our target of £750. The video will be shown publicly and uploaded to our social media and video sharing channels.
