Appalachian culture...quilting and singing. What better combination. Jeni Hankins will lead this 2 and a half hour informal workshop during which you will work on quilting under her supervision, (beginners welcome) sing along with some of her toe tapping songs and listen to stories about Appalachian culture and traditions.
This will be an informal, fun session with enjoyment and coffee.
Or tea.
Jeni will supply fabric, needles and thread but please bring some shart scissors.
The room is accessible, being on one level and there is a disabled-person-friendly loo.
Its an indoor workshop (see photo).
