A BBC Young Musician finalist in 2016, Ben has since been studying in Berlin and playing in Daniel Barenboim's West-Eastern Divan Orchestra. A frequent soloist, recitalist and chamber musician, and now YCAT-sponsored, his 2020 engagenents include a solo recital at the Pierre-Boulez Saal in Berlin. His programme then (and also at Weston) will include Beethoven and Schumann, as well as Salonen and York Bowen
