Sussex based Desperate Dan Band reunite to play numbers from the album 'A Little Black Magic' recorded in 1990 at Black Barn Studios Ripley Surrey under the auspices of Robin Black producer of albums by Jethro Tull, Black Sabbath, Fairport convention, Paul McCartney to name just a few!

The original line up for the album was Bob Brookes, Vocals & Harmonica, Roger Adams Guitar and Backing vox, Paul Watson, Bass Guitar, Steve Kelly Saxophone, Nigel Glockler Drums. Stella Golds backing vox

Original songs on this album composed by Bob Brookes Paul Watson & Roger Adams and routined and arranged by Dave Mattacks ( Fairport Convention, Jethro Tull, Paul McCartney etc.) at Woodworm Studios at Barford St Michael Oxfordshire.

With the absence of Nigel Glockler who is busy with Saxon Paul Watson also busy & Steve Kelly out of touch, the line up is as follows:

Jim Barr Bass guitar and Vocals

Derek Austin Keyboards

And last but not least

Dave Mattacks has kindly filled the breach on drums whilst in the UK touring. With the addition of special guests Derek Austin on keyboards.
