We are delighted to announce our headline act is Joe Rowntree!
Joe is a stand-up comedian, actor, writer and presenter.
His television career started writing put-downs for Anne Robinson on "The Weakest Link". Joe recorded a TV special of his stand up on "Dave's One Night Stand" (Dave). You may also recognise Joe from hosting two UK tours of "Brainiac Live" which culminated at the Hammersmith Apollo after appearing in all six series of the award-winning hit Sky 1 show "Brainiac: Science Abuse".
Joe performs at the most reputable comedy venues and festivals across the UK and International comedy circuit. He has toured in Dubai, Qatar and Bahrain and throughout Europe and America. He was invited to perform at the prestigious Best of Fest package show at the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
He has supported Rhod Gilbert, Stephen K Amos and Sean Hughes on their national tours and has made numerous TV appearances on shows across BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
