The Kindling are a minimal alt-folk band from London (UK). Their widescreen music explores themes of disappointment and hope, loss and discovery, action and reflection. Guy Weir's disarming voice weaves into noir arrangements that swoop from delicate, whispering intimacy to Lynchian dreamscape.

The band have played the Union Chapel (Daylight music), The End Festival, The Lexington, and David Byrne's Meltdown on London's Southbank.

To date they have released three EPs and one album - 'By morning' in 2015. Their follow-up long player Navigator is now on its way, preceded by two taut, more 70s-influenced singles Low Low Low from 2019 and No Illusion, set for release on 20th March 2020.

Nadine Khouri is a singer-songwriter currently based in London.  Influenced by dream-pop, film soundtracks and spoken-word, her sound has been described as a music born of perennial outsider-status.

Her debut album 'The Salted Air' was recorded live with producer John Parish (PJ Harvey) in his hometown of Bristol.  A haunting, atmospheric collection of poetic meditations delivered in her singular voice, the album earned plaudits from the likes of MOJO, Q, and was selected as one of Rough Trade's Albums of the Year.

Khouri is currently working on her forthcoming album and will be previewing new songs on the night, accompanied by Basia Bartz (violin, keys, BVs) and Lizzy O'Connor (percussion, BVs, keys.)
