STANLÆY is the musical project of Bethany Stenning), existing in the vague realms of ethereal folk/jazz/pop. Bethany's wide range of influences stem from the likes of Sigur Ros, Lou Harrison and Hiatus Kaiyote. Support on the night comes from Urban Meadows.

STANLÆY'S sound has been described as eerie", with her vocals Kate Bush-esque. Her song 'The Love Machine' also made it onto the list of Glastonbury's upcoming talent competition 2016.
Bethany is an avid artist who has always been fascinated with painting the human form, and with human sight. A love to combine sonic landscapes with visual ones. Her love for painting eventually transformed into her love for body-painting, and her love for writing mutated into scripting/video direction and production. Her album The Human Project is an audio-visual project with a music video/story for each of the 7 songs. Bethany has also directed and produced several music videos for other musicians bands' such as Young Waters and Binbag Wisdom and her debut short film 'Wear The Line' was premiered in mid-2019 supporting My Octopus Mind at The Cube cinema.
Bethany is currently working on a new album with the current line-up of the band, and a separate solo project.
