Synergy, the award winning close harmony male voice choir from Abergavenny, will be joining Builth Male Voice Choir in a joint St David's Day Concert on Sunday 1 March at 7.00pm. Synergy won the UK Best Small Choir prize in 2013 and aims at perfect harmony, singing a range of songs from ballads, pop, swing to laugh-out-loud we love what we do we're infectious!. They are led by Martin Flory - the talented gold-medallist Musical Director.
Young musicians from Ysgol Calon Cymru, under the direction of their Head of Music Rhiannon Jones, will also be taking part in what promises to be a feast of music. Bryan Morris, chairman of Builth Male Voice Choir, said it was an honour to welcome the prestigious Synergy choir to Builth's annual St David's Day Concert which this year will be supporting Wales Air Ambulance Charity.
