Around a year ago I began research into some of the many fascinating historical deceased buried in Hither Green cemetery, to date over 130 individuals. A book will be follow in due course!

This Festival is a fantastic opportunity to share some of these stories with the kind permission of Lewisham Bereavement Services.


I have guided many history walks in the Brockley and Ladywell cemeteries in recent years. My third volume on some of the illustrious deceased buried there wil due to be published shortly. I have narrated ten podcasts of historically notable burials in the cemeteries and given many talks to local history groups.
