Be one of the first to walk the proposed new walking route between Ripley and Belper from the source of the Coppice Brook to where it joins the River Derwent. It passes through two Royal Hunting Parks, crosses a Roman road, passes iron furnaces, old coal mines and Belper's ancient corn mill. Muddy in places if wet but downhill most of the way. 3-4 hours.
This is not a circular route. Led by Brian Deer.
