Alice Howe's path to up and coming artist seems both fated and winding. She grew up in Massachusetts in a home filled with music and art. Her Grandmother lived next door, and Alice would often wander through her garden for solitude and turn her experiences into songs. She left home to study at Smith College, graduated and moved to Seattle before winding her way back home.. Whilst music was always her companion, it didn't become her profession until 2016 when she met Freebo, who was Bonnie Raitt's bassist for a decade.
In 2019 she released her debut album 'Visions' in Bakersfield. The album is a modern love letter to 60's and 70's American Folk music, paying homage without succumbing to imitation and offers an intimate snapshot of an artist discovering her own power with all the songs anchored by her rich soprano voice.
Support will come from Town Hall Live favourite, who will launch hos long awaited debut album at the concert
