We are delighted to try to salvage something of the summer to put on a happy social event ? albeit a socially distanced one - for our community.

Although the Hampstead Summer Festival cancelled its 2020 Art Fair and Big Fair were cancelled, we have been able to postpone the 3rd big event - KCL Garden Party - to the August Bank Holiday weekend.

The Garden Party will take place in the delightful grounds of Keats House, OUTSIDE the library, from 2-4pm on Saturday 29th*.

Provisional entertainment will include:

Storytelling with The Mystical Fairy
Rhyme-time with Sasha from 2.00 ? 2.45pm
Kids? Art Project from Orly
Children?s books for sale at bargain prices
Chess with Bryan
Tea and delicious treats provided by Gail?s to be enjoyed in the lawn
Inside the library, Hampstead School of Art will be displaying Winning Entries from the Hampstead Summer Festival Children?s Art Competition. (Masks must be worn inside the building. Entry to this is free.)

As numbers will be limited, we strongly suggest pre-booking.

Advance tickets are reduced to £5 per adult (with up to 2 children free); which includes one voucher for ?tea and cake?. More vouchers can be purchased.

Tickets will be available on the day at £6 according to availability. (Adults are welcome without children too!)

Safety Preparation includes: Limited numbers; family groups will be asked to keep well spaced, and the KCL tea servers will wear visors. Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance. We recommend masks be worn by adults and children over 11.

All proceeds go to the Hampstead Summer Festival Charity Beneficiaries, Hampstead School of Art and Keats Community Library. As we have been unable to fundraise for nearly 6 months we would really appreciate your generosity.

* The Garden Party relies on being outside for safety reasons and will be cancelled in the event of bad weather. The Art Display will take place in all weathers.
