Walk round the area to see and hear about the lives of these hardworking Journeymen weavers, who worked 12-14 hours 6 days a week. Many of them lived and worked in one room with their families, never knowing when the next job would come. You will need to bring your imagination with you as some of the houses are in a poor state of dilapidation, but they tell a story of Huguenot weavers whose contribution is not often recognised.
