?I urge you to give this a listen. This is contemporary songwriting and performing at it?s best? Maverick*****
Jennifer Crook?s classic songwriting ? with its vivid storytelling, beautiful imagery and poignant mix of hope and experience ? will touch a nerve with many a soul. Rooted in contemporary folk and Americana, Jennifer?s solo albums have received critical acclaim from BBC Radio 2, Bob Harris, and the national press. Jennifer?s single ?Sea Glass?, released in April 2020, was described as ?deeply poignant? by Fatea Magazine and received national airplay. ?I absolutely love that?, Mark Radcliffe, The Folk Show, BBC Radio 2.
Bath-born singer/songwriter and musician, Jennifer is thrilled to be back with a stellar new band. Embarking on a bold new journey she brings some of the finest musicians in the South West and an exciting new musical landscape to her latest collection of timeless songs.
?Although these songs could be for any time, they really resonate with the times we are living through now. Themes of perseverance and overcoming. Seeking out beauty and belonging in a broken world? and the quest for home?.

Collaborations include Eddi Reader, Boo Hewerdine, Nashville?s Darrell Scott, Miranda Sykes (Show of Hands), Clive Gregson, Andy Davis (The Korgis), Charlie Jones (Robert Plant), Beth Porter and many others. She has appeared Iive in session for Bob Harris and was asked to contribute to the BBC Radio 2 programme ?Girl with Guitar? about the legendary Joni Mitchell.
