I am hosting a charity event 6/11/2021 @ the Langdale hall Witney (as soon as we can maybe November if allowed by then) for the British Heart Foundation. I think it will be a brilliant excuse to all be together after this terrible pandemic and a even better idea to raise money awareness for such an amazing cause!

Some of you will know and some of you will not know what this cause means to me - shortish story is last year I was diagnosed with ASD (atrial septal defect), Heart disease and Wolff Parkinson?s White syndrome and have had to have two Heart operations last year and have a few more to go this year. I was born with these conditions but due to the lack of equipment/knowledge all them years ago it was not picked up and the symptoms was put down to hypoglycaemia anyway I was very lucky last year when I was put on
Anti-Depressants (Sertraline) due to poor mental health that I had a reaction to the drugs and luckily enough they picked up these issues on a ECG that led to more tests...
The right side of my heart was flooding quite rapidly due to these problems which causes high pressure into the lungs which as you can imagine is not good at all! The Heart disease specialists at the John Radcliff hospital have been amazing and I can?t thank them enough for all there hard work and efforts into helping me get better. As some of you know I have had mixed treatment this year some great and some terrible but that was not caused by the doctors so I would really like to do as much as I can to make awareness and raise as much as we can for this cause and to help more people in the future.
