Sing-along-a- Kinks!
This will be a shorter version of Graham's 2 hour show.
? Upbeat and entertaining, a great sing-along and not just for the die-hard Kinks fans.
? Featuring: Lola, You Really Got Me, Sunny Afternoon, Dedicated Follower of Fashion, Days and many more.
The performance is stripped down to acoustic guitar and voice which brings out the great lyrics and melody of the songs.
? Sir Ray Davies is recognised as one of the UK?s greatest songwriters. The show takes you through his observations and reflects the brilliance of his lyrics and melodies.
? It takes the audience though early days, the rise to fame, the relationship between the brothers; their ban from America; the obscure years in the UK; their rise to Stadium rock/gold disc band in the USA during the 80s and their eventual, quiet demise in 1996, 33 years after ?You Really Got me?.
? The show had its first performance at The Clissold Arms, Fortis Green N2 - the pub opposite the house where the Davies family grew up, where father Fred spent much time and where the boys did their first gigs.

This will be an inclusive great fun evening for people at home and at Rosslyn Court in the studio. Masks will be required in the room to limit the spread of Covid .

You will have your temperature taken at the door so please don't come with a high temperature. We will require a contact name and number for test and trace. It's tickets in advance only, please.
We have a Perspex screen between the performer and the audience and on-stage air extraction. The whole room is sterilised after each performance. There will be fresh air in the room.
The first hour will be live streamed on YouTube/Rosslyn Court, then after a short break there will be an exclusive set for the audience in the room.
-A micro bar, hot and cold drinks and probably cake!
There will be a limited audience with space between tables.
Please only smoke in the back garden.
