Pete Lashley is a singer/songwriter/guitarist/ukulele player with 9 albums to his name. His songs and music are often inspired by the beauty of the Lakeland Landscape.
Over the last 20 years Pete has been playing over 150 gigs every year and, along with performing his own songs, loves to put his own passion and unique twist into cover material.
Pete's compositions have been played on BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 4 & regularly on BBC Radio Cumbria. They have also provided the soundtrack for various films made in the Lakeland and Yorkshire Dales areas. Pete has toured the world with his music, street performing and gigging in countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Northern Italy & the USA. Based in South Cumbria, Pete can now often be heard performing in the Lake District area at popular outdoor events, such as the inspiring Lakeland Trails running events (Pete named one of his albums ?Lakeland Trails? in dedication to this particular event) as well as performing at many other venues surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
