After a superb reception in Harwell Village Hall when he supported The Black Feathers, we are delighted to welcome back Chris Fox as a headline act. He will be joined on double bass by John Parker.
Award winning singer songwriter Chris Fox is an independent musician and Loop station chemist who has worked his way through the Cambridge music scene the past few years, each year acclaiming greater presence at an increasing number of stages as a headliner and festivals, including Black Deer and Cambridge Folk Festival. His music reflects thought provoking topics and humorous insights on life with deep powerful vocals and varied and eclectic guitar styles that span the roots lexicon of Americana, Folk, Country and Blues.

Harwell Village Hall was opened in the 1930s and since then has been a well-used social centre for the village and surrounding areas.
The hall is the focus of many groups from the village and the surrounding area who meet weekly or monthly in either the Orchard or Cherry Hall for a variety of pursuits including fitness and dance for both young and old, Arts and Crafts, Woodturners, Harwell WI, Short Mat Bowls, various clubs for toddlers and young children such as Fun Club, our youth theatre group Gobo Theatre and the Harwell Parish History Group. It is also the local Polling Station and the Parish Council have an office by the foyer entrance.
