?ON THE HOME FRONT? a new and original Musical Play showing how lives of those at home were affected in the first ?Peoples? War?, as witnessed by the Author Jim Strudwick as a child who saw many events from 1939 to 1945, including bombs dropped in the street near him in North Street Chichester in 1943.

Featuring The Emsworth Players with special guest Denise Baugh as Vera Lynn with her accompanist and Musical Director Brain Budden and a small Brass and Woodwind band playing songs of the time and Glenn Miller music.
