The Experimental Landscape is a workshop focusing on painting landscapes in mixed media using experimental techniques.
Green Man Gallery resident artist Geoff Chilton demonstrates some of the methods he uses to produce dramatic and striking work from sketches made in the Peak District, Scottish Highlands, Pembrokeshire and other wild places of Britain.
Suitable for both novice painters and artists with more experience who would like to extend the range of their techniques or ?free up? their style.
Some materials will be provided but if you have your own acrylic paints and brushes, favourite pens, markers and abrasive media please feel free to bring them along.
12pm to 4pm in the Workshop Room (one flight of stairs, no lift)
