ANNIE (1982)
A spunky young orphan is taken in by a rich eccentric, much to the chagrin of the cantankerous woman who runs the orphanage. Director John Huston's musical extravaganza, film adaptation, of the Broadway smash hit, ANNIE, which in turn was based on the perennial cartoon favourite, LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE.
