Country To The East is a songwriters live music event and on Saturday 4th December 2021, three fantastic Country & Americana songwriters will be performing on the same stage to a live audience at The Space in Norwich, Norfolk.

On stage Tommy, Tara & Ben will be taking it in turns performing their original songs and talking about the meaning and motivation behind them.

The audience will be sat at round tables which seat 9 per table (arrive early for the best seats!) and to keep the cost of your evening as low as possible we have made this event a bring your own beverages one! (bring an evening picnic too if you wish!)

There will be NO BAR OR BEVERAGES AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE EVENING so we strongly advise you bring some (or you may get a bit thirsty!)


ABOUT THE ARTISTS PERFORMING

Tommy Winn

Performing live since 2002 Tommy has gigged extensively across the UK as well as performances in Europe & The U.S.A. Tommy released his first original material (a 2 track EP) at the beginning of 2021 & quickly followed that up with the single 'Tell Me' which reached
number 4 on the I Tunes charts in the singer & songwriter category and was featured on BBC Radio. Tommy is equally at home with writing & performing traditional Country songs as well as what you may hear & see in Nashville in the 21st Century.

Tara Henton

Tara was born and raised in a small lakeside city in Ontario, Canada & creating and performing her own music soon became a crucial part of Tara?s identity. Honing her budding talent through piano and vocal lessons, she saved her pocket money to buy instruments, and wrote
songs in her bedroom. Tara?s eclectic song-writing style and captivating voice soon drew attention. Not only was she featured in a
televised talent search show in her beloved Nashville, but she was also a finalist in the Kingston Country Singing Showdown (where the
winner happened to be one Avril Lavigne.) Audiences adore her charismatic stage presence, her upbeat banter, and her unmistakable
Canadian country ?twang?.

Ben Selleck

Rising artist Ben Selleck broke onto the UK country scene in 2021, topping the iTunes country charts with his debut single ?Different
Sides? back in April and adding a number 4 hit with his infectious summer follow up ?soul food?. His music is a wonderful blend of his
two favourite genres of soul and country music and he is currently working on an album release for 2022.

VENUE DETAILS

Free parking is available if you are attending an event at The Space.

Please note that Google Street View is out of date and shows The Space as Fabric Warehouse.

There is no fixed seating at The Space, therefore wheelchair spaces can be positioned anywhere at the event.

There is 1 dedicated accessible toilet facility equipped with an emergency alarm as well as an accessible cubicle in both the ladies and gentlemen?s toilets.

COVID RESTRICTIONS

At this current time we are asking that anyone attending Country To The East wears a face mask upon arrival and while not seated at your table. We also kindly ask that you take a covid test on the morning of the event and follow the necessary government guidelines upon the results.
If you are unable to attend the event due to a positive test your ticket will be refunded.
