Join the Abingdon and District Musical Society to celebrate our 300th concert. The evening will begin with a specially commissioned work by ADMS member, Geoff Bushell. Continuing the celebratory mood, the orchestra will then play the richly lyrical melodies of the Symphony no. 6 by the Czech composer, Antonin Dvo?ák. After the interval the orchestra will be joined by the choir for Dvo?ák's joyful Te Deum and Francis Poulenc's much-loved Gloria. Audience members are asked to wear face masks. No proof of vaccination is required.
