Bamboozle
We are so pleased that Bamboozle will be returning to the Country Soul Sessions in January. Formed in Canterbury in 2016 and known for their high energy performances, Bamboozle seamlessly combine the cool vibe of the swinging 1950?s with a modern twist. The band comprises of internationally renowned singer/guitarist Jim Knowler, new talent singer/bassist/songwriter Serene Sykes, pedal steel guitarist David Kirk and ace drummer vocalist Les Curtis. Bamboozle released their debut EP 'Red Right Hand' in 2016 and have since been taking the musical world by storm with their mix of original tunes and classy covers.

The Radio Ramblers
Firstly, what can we say except sorry that it has taken us this long to invite The Radio Ramblers to play for us at the CSS. The story goes that during The Tennessee Rhythm Rider?s heyday Dave, Willy and Gary would often have to wait for Lynette to get ready and consequently they would find themselves jamming obscure songs from the ?Sun? box set. Having come to realise they all loved that wonderful primitive rockabilly sound they decided to form a band within a band?..hence The Radio Ramblers. Utilising Willy?s formidable songwriting skills they recorded a long player for Tail Records of Sweden titled ?Hot to Trot? in 2005. Originally a trio they incorporated class muso Chris Wilkinson on drums. When Chris decided to cross the Atlantic in search of pastures new Lynette took over drummer duties and consequently they find themselves still waiting for her!
