Hi all, cost & info below, where 'The Beatles' performed their famous last live performance on top of a roof, where the Queen was born down a street in Mayfair, some of the oldest shops in the World dating back to the 1600's - old wooden shops all twisted, bent and torn that stood here before The Great Fire of London and the Great Plague, lost alleyways, stunning Banksy Art, lovely walking in London's oldest park, St James and beside it's beautiful lake, the delight of Green Park, the gambling club of the infamous Lord Lucan, stand and watch at the very front of Buckingham Palace with the Queen's Guards wearing large bearskin hats and marching, the famous balcony for Royal weddings and historical events, where Kingsmen movie was filmed, the incredible St James Palace the residence of Kings and Queens before Buckingham Palace & of course the famous shops of New Bond Street, All within 3 miles, wow!

A beautiful 3 mile short walk, find out some interesting local history along the way while meeting new friends

Starts and ends by Green Park Station (Next to the famous Ritz Restaurant)

Mayfair
Is an affluent area in the West End of London, It is one of the most expensive districts in London and the world.

It became well known for the annual "May Fair" that took place from 1686 to 1764, Its prestigious status has been commemorated by being the most expensive property square on the London Monopoly board!

Notable Residence
Her Majesty The Queen, Winston Churchill, Lord Nelson, Florence Nightingale, Lawrence Olivier, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Virginia Woolf, Lord Tennyson.

St James's Palace
The most senior royal palace in the United Kingdom.

Built by order of Henry VIII in the 1530s, the palace was secondary in importance to the Palace of Whitehall for most Tudor and Stuart monarchs.

The palace increased in importance during the reigns of the early Georgian monarchy but was displaced by Buckingham Palace in the late-18th and early-19th centuries.

Charles I spent his final night at St James's before his execution.

St James's Park
Named after a leper hospital dedicated to St James the Less.

The park is Grade I listed on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.

Green Park
Between Hyde Park and St. James's Park, Together with Kensington Gardens and the gardens of Buckingham Palace, these parks form an almost unbroken stretch of open land, In 1746, named Green Park.
