With great joy, Storytelling at the Feast of Fools prepares to welcome you to a highlight of our year, the Great Annual Lying competition evening!
The first half sees a few "proper" 10 minute stories, the second the lies.
Whatever happens in Other Places, misleading the listeners is here actively encouraged...

Each participant has strictly limited time, just to keep the pressure on, and timing is strictly enforced.
The Audience's decision is final, as adjudicated by an independent referee.
Competition is, of course, fierce!

At the time of writing several of our regular members are dealing with Covid, on the same day it's been announced that restrictions will likely be lifted because it's all over.
So we're still maintaining some precautions.
Seating will be distanced, there'll be ventilation, and you're invited to wear masks if you so wish.

Refreshments will be available, and likewise our famous raffle, including more books kindly donated by Stephen Hobbs.
