After a false start in 2020, when Covid lockdown forced us to cancel our Easter concert, we are finally able to present our performance of Brahms? Requiem. This is one of Brahms most beautiful pieces, and we grew to love it so much in our 2014 summer workshop that since then we have been yearning to do it properly. Our concert will be on Friday 8th April 7.30pm at All Saints Church, Brixworth, Northants. Village Voices Choir will be accompanied by piano duet in an arrangement using Brahms? own transcription for piano four hands.
