Description

After 6 years as the frontman of The October Game, which saw the release of 3 albums, extensive touring throughout the UK and Europe and regular radio play on BBC6 Music, Cambridgeshire based singer-songwriter Luke James Williams released his first solo track in January 2017. Jenny Writes Letters was immediately picked up by Charlie Ashcroft of Amazing Radio who called the track 'A perfect slice of alt-folk pop'.

Drawing influences from the likes of Sufjan Stevens and PJ Harvey, Williams has built a reputation as an engaging live performer.

'One man, and a Spanish guitar and the song-writing and vocal delivery are just so raw, heartfelt and beautiful I just found it irresistible' - Tom Robinson, BBC6 Music

'Reminds me of Bon Iver, only with an English accent' - Louder Than War
