Fresh and Sound is a new addition to Nottinghamshire?s independent scene?bringing fresh food and sounds to venues around the city and county. A menu that changes with the seasons, and with a predominantly Eastern influence, served to a soundtrack of laid-back tunes?from jazz-funk to reggae, world music and soul. Your hosts, Traylo and Nevine, have a unique touch that speaks to their years of experience in creating food, their long and varied musical education, and above all their love of creating a beautiful space.
