Join contemporary composer and pianist Rebecca Hunt for the premiere of Waveforms - Piano Compositions Inspired By The Art of Dame Barbara Hepworth DBE. This exciting project was prompted by the return of restored Magic Stone by Barbara to the Penwith Gallery in August 2020. Each composition has been inspired by a piece of art and has been selected by the Penwith Gallery, one-handed concert pianist Nicholas McCarthy and Rebecca herself. Founded by Barbara Hepworth, the gallery offers the perfect setting to showcase Rebecca's captivating composition and performance style. Presented as part of the popular and diverse celebration of culture St Ives September Festival this unique event is not to be missed!

A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available upon a small donation to the gallery on the night.
