The Liverpool docklands, 2022, two boys get into a brutal scrap over a packet of cigarettes, one of them a young boy called Oliver. Watching on, Dodger who?s been trapped into the world of county lines drug dealing, Dodger introduces Oliver to Fagin and his many dark secrets.
