Playing music from the classic funk and jazz era of the mid seventies to early 80s, composed by Herbie Hancock, Weather Report and the Brecker Brothers.

A classic mix of tight funk grooves, soaring guitar and sax leads and vintage synthesizer sounds.

The band is lead by Tristan Mailliot on drums who has surrounded himself by some of the most creative and talented younger players on the UK scene. Tom Ridout saxes (BBC young jazz musician finalist, currently touring his own quartet), Flo Moore on bass currently touring with Jordan Rakei and Zoe Rahman, Matt Carter keyboards and synths, part of the Ashton Jones project and who recently signed as a Nord Keyboards artist. Completing the line up is guitar veteran Mark Ridout whose credits include Down to the Bone, Jimmy Smith and Natalie Cole.
