We have partnered with the Spitfire Makers Charitable Trust to present the incredible story of how Spitfires were made after the Supermarine Factory in Woolston was flattened by the Luftwaffe in September 1940.
It will be an evening of two parts
First off, Alan Matlock from the Spitfire Makers Charitable Trust tell the human story of the attacks on the factories from the point of view of those in the buildings or watching from across the town at the time - some of which come from first-hand accounts.
After an interval will be a Showing of the Secret Spitfire Movie, which was planned for 2020, but been deferred due to the Pandemic.
