Join us for a wonderful circular walk of the magnificent site, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park which was built for the 2012 Summer Olympics and the Paralympics.
We will see the 'Olympic Stadium' Home of the Olympic Games, the Velodrome, London Aquatics Centre, ArcelorMittal Orbit, London Olympics Media Centre, the actual Athletes' Olympic Village, also find out where U.K athletes and Osain Bolt lived during the Olympics, where her Majesty parachuted from a plane, James Bond sped down the river and of course stand by the Olympic Rings and passing World flags for a photo op!
The park is overlooked by the ArcelorMittal Orbit, an observation tower and Britain's largest piece of public art. It was simply called Olympic Park during the Games but was later renamed to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
