After a break of over three-years we are pleased to welcome Manningtree favourite, Ben Waters, back to the Red Lion. Ben is widely recognised as the finest boogie-woogie piano player in the country and is a member of Ronnie Wood?s band. Ben will be joined by his son Tom, who is now an acclaimed virtuoso saxophone player in his own right playing both in his own band and guesting with other musicians such as Jools Holland. Martin McNeill will be opening the evening. Martin is an award-winning bottleneck slide guitarist who now features some soul classics as well as blues in his sets.
This promises to be a fine evening of great music and entertainment.
We will be operating at a slightly reduced capacity for this event so early booking is advised. Admission on the door will be £18 if any tickets remain.
Doors open at 7.00pm with the music starting at 7.30pm.
