The BBC Television Centre was the largest television centre in the World. A home of studios, producers, writers, actors, TV assistants all in one gigantic building!

It is more of, what was not filmed there! So briefly some highlights filmed there were Absolutely Fabulous, Monty Python, Top Gear, The Chase Fawlty Towers, The Week That Was, Morecombe and Wise, Parkinson, Only Fools and Horses, Blackadder, The Good Life, Children In Need, Ant and Dec, Graham Norton Show, Blind Date, Strictly Come Dancing, Later With Jools Holland, Lorriane, This Morning, Loose Women and the BBC still has some studios there still used to this day, although about 10% of the original space.

A former music recording studio that created some of the most classic songs the World has ever known, Running up that Hill - Kate Bush, In The Air Tonight - Phil Collins, biggest selling single ever 'Candle In the Wind 1997' Sir Elton John, Disco 2000 - Pulp, Fix You - Coldplay, A Kind Of Magic - Queen. Other famous acts that have recorded here are Bob Dylan, Sting, Blur, Van Morrison, Tom Jones, Eric Clapton, Jamiroquai, Oasis, Duran Duran, The Jam and so many others. You will hear these songs in person, on the day, from the Human Jukebox, me!

The site of Lime House Studios, originally a cinema film-making facility, became a BBC Studio which televised the home of Steptoe and Son which also used some of the local Shepherds Bush area for filming, the first edition of 'Top of the Pops', Doctor Who, Panorama, Blue Peter, Come Dancing, Breakfast TV, Crackerjack, Hancock's Half Hour, Juke Box Jury, Kilroy, Nationwide, Newsnight, That's Life, Watchdog, What's my Line and much more!

The thinest Townhouse in London is also an added highlight of the walk plus the opportunity to visit Shepherds Bush Market or the Westfield Shopping Mall after!!

I will not be joining you for a drink as have to go immediately to the next walk very nearby at 5 pm for the 'Homes of the Rich and Famous' Exclusive Walk!
