Interplay Jazz Group appears with Indian Kathak dancer and singer Awantika Dubey. Awantika lives in the West Midlands and performs across the Far East in places such as India, Taiwan and China as well as here. ?Indian-Jazz Fusion? will reveal how both Jazz and the Indian musical traditions tell stories and achieve excitement and expression through improvisation.
The Dormer Centre has a ramped front entrance and is single level throughout. In keeping with the nature of the event there will be light non-alcoholic refreshments.
