Description

Saxophonist David Angol brings a fine quartet to The Crypt for this special concert. David toured with the award-winning ?Blue Note? records group ?US3?. He played alongside some of the greats including Bobby Watson, Jools Holland, Bheki Mseleku, Ralph Moore, Jerry Bergonzi, Jean Toussaint, Kenny Garrett and Tony Kofi.

Not only is he known for his outstanding live perfomances, David composed and performed music for the BBC (Ant and Dec) and ITV and worked on the award-winning popular TV drama series ?Peaky Blinders?, as a member of the live jazz band on set!

For tonight's performance the quartet will be playing a mixture of originals and classic hard bop and modern jazz contemporary tunes with a twist.
