Jack Garside has established himself as one of London?s most in-demand double bass players since moving to London from his hometown of Leeds three years ago. He has played with many of the most talented players on today?s scene but is probably most well known for his work alongside Mark Kavuma and The Banger Factory. Although mainly performing as a sideman, Jack is also a keen band leader and composes music with an aim of melding both the traditional and contemporary aspects of jazz music.

In this performance, the band will perform a selection of Jack?s original material, as well as some of his favourite tunes at the moment written by other composers.
