Their repertoire ranges from the downhome blues of Elmore James and Muddy Waters, to soulful classics by Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin, and cool jazz tunes by Ramsey Lewis and Herbie Hancock

Forget about the heavy rock sounds of current British blues. This band put their mark on classic material that harks back to a time when blues, R'n'B, soul and jazz happily shared the same jukebox.

Bandleader Martin McNeill has been hailed as one of the UK's top slide guitarists, gigging as a solo act as well as a bandleader.

Completing the line-up are a trio of top-drawer musicians: Tim Huskisson (Keys), JJ Zarbo (Double Bass) and Roy Webber (Drums).
