ANDREW THOMPSON was a finalist in the Hilarity Bites competition 2019 and a quarter finalist in the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian competition 2019. He?s supported acts including Tom Deacon, Alistair Barrie, Nick Page, Mark Simmons, Matt Price and Joey Page and was selected for the 2021 British Comedian of the Year competition. ? Original material ..powerful enough to not only draw everyone in, but to get big laughs. This was a very good set from someone who stood out.? - Peter Fox (Notts Comedy Review).
ANNABEL EDMONDS is an up-and-coming stand-up comedian who performed at the Camden Fringe 2021 as part of Dec's Angels 2. Viggo Venn, (Time Out Edinburgh Award Winner), 'I would die for this group of comics.' Dec Munro (Angel Comedy), 'Some of the best new stand ups I have seen in a very long time.'
DOM HUTCHINS began stand up in 2019 and is making a name for himself on the North West circuit. He gained unexpected coverage in the media last year after challenging Jacob Rees Mogg on disability policy. Dom gained a place in this year?s Beat The Frog World Series at the Frog and Bucket and he will also be performing at Edinburgh Festival for the first time this summer. Even if you vote Tory, Dom?s comedy will make you laugh and give you something to think about.
SHAZZA FIERCE is a drag queen comedian as loud and brash as her seismic stage looks. A finalist in season 2 of Manchester drag competition, "The Crown" - she's contantly on tour and returns to her old stomping ground tonight!
LUCY HOLBROOK is an observational comedian who is ever bemused by the strange behaviours within day to day life. She was a semi finalist in the Leicester Square new act competition in 2019 and a finalist in the Beat the Frog world series in 2020.
AMARPAL SINGH had the fortune and misfortune of being brought up in Bradford by working class parents but falling into the bland trapdoor of middle aged and middle class monotony. Now as he hits his third quarter-life crisis, his stand up goes back to reflect on the bizarre contrast growing up and how it still effects him today: from school yard racism to bringing up a mixed race child, the show is a tender love letter to his family, his home town and the mental health issues that they both helped create. "Amarpal is a comedy star in the making" - Blizzard Comedy
ANGELA BRA is an award-winning drag queen comedian based in Glossop who performed her 2022 solo hour, Life Lessons, everywhere from the Edinburgh Fringe to London via Morecambe (where she won Best Musical Comedy). Her new album, MicroRAVE is available for streaming and download on all the usual sites.
