We welcome Peyman Heydarian & The Voice of Santur to the new Jamboree in King's Cross, playing a unique performance of Persian and Kurdish music. Born in Shiraz, Iran, Peyman is a world-renowned virtuoso of santur, creating cuttingly romantic and evocative rhythms and harmonies.
Support on the night comes from the SOAS Rebetiko Band, legends of the School of Oriental and African Studies, playing the Rebetiko music of Greece, including a broad genre of urban songs and instrumentals.
