* Food available! Please note that you will not be able to eat in the ballroom where the concert is held, although once the doors open you may reserve a seat in the ballroom and then eat elsewhere. If you wish to eat, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to order and eat your food.
* There is a low step at the entrance to The Ivy House, and after that the venue is all on level ground. There is a disabled toilet in the ballroom where the concert will be held.

COVID INFORMATION
We keep the Covid situation under constant review.
We have returned to our normal seating arrangements at concerts, that is, half seated half standing (Our seats are not numbered, so if you need to be seated please arrive early to be sure of a seat.).
However, we ask you to take personal responsibility for your own and others' health.
* IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS WHICH COULD BE COVID, PLEASE DO NOT COME!
* If you have bought advance tickets, please let us know as soon as possible if you have a positive test or symptoms on the day of the concert , and we will give you a credit for a ticket to a future concert when hopefully you will be better.
