Horace Silver was an American pianist and prolific composer. He was a pioneer of the 1950s hard bop era of American music and his playing and compositional style helped to define the genre. The band will play a set of tunes and arrangements by Horace Silver. Expect hard swinging grooves and soulful joyous playing.
