Her music uses personal story telling to embody political ideas and tackles issues ranging from LGBTQIA identities to poverty, sexual violence, and voting to name a few! Maddie?s work with activism is not only embodied in performance, in 2018 Maddie spent time in Pescara Italy working on a song writing project with Nigerian refugees as part of ?House of Europe'' and she has supported many big name artists.
